  1. All appointments are listed in MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME (MST). For clients located in Ontario, please ADD TWO HOURS to the time of the session.

  2. Cancellation policy: CLIENTS WHO PROVIDE LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE, OR MISS THEIR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SESSION FEE. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another Client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  3. Credit Card Transaction Disclaimer: If you choose to make a payment by credit card, please note that additional processing fees will be applied to cover third-party service charges.

My approach to counseling is centered on compassion, understanding, and genuine connection. I believe that counseling is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your own story. My role is to walk alongside you and provide you with a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

A few of the things that I provide support with include relationship issues, family issues, emotional dysregulation, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, person growth, boundary setting, and assertive communication.
